Commercial Christmas light installation in Dallas–Fort Worth
Main Street Christmas Lights designs, installs and services commercial Christmas lighting across Dallas–Fort Worth. We light rooflines, entrances, columns and canopies with commercial grade materials, respond through the season, then remove and store everything in January. You lease the display, not own it.

Scope
What commercial lighting covers
Lighting the building means lighting what people actually look at: the roofline that reads from the road, the entrance they walk through, and the features that give the property its shape after dark.
- Rooflines and rake edges, traced to the architecture rather than to a fixed bulb count
- Entrances, porticos and covered walkways where guests actually arrive
- Columns, posts and railings wrapped to match the building line
- Canopies, awnings and drive-through structures
- Architectural features: gables, dormers, towers, arches and signage surrounds
- Walkways, landscape beds and perimeter definition after dark
The lease model
How the lease and install model works
You are buying a lit property for the season, not a box of lights. We own the materials, install them, keep them working and take them away.
- Design consultation and a walkthrough of the property
- Commercial grade materials, owned and maintained by us
- Full installation by safety trained crews
- In-season service response through December
- Scheduled takedown in January
- Off-season storage and inventory in our warehouse
Process
From walkthrough to storage
Walkthrough
We visit the property and photograph the elevations that matter. You tell us what the season needs to accomplish.
Design and proposal
You get a written plan tied to specific elevations and features, with the scope and the number in one document. No surprises later.
Scheduled install
We agree a date you can communicate to tenants and guests, then install to it. Most commercial installs run October into November.
In-season monitoring
We watch the display through the season and respond when something goes dark, including weather damage and power issues.
Takedown and storage
Everything comes down on a scheduled January date and goes back to our warehouse, inventoried for next season.
Why this vendor
What makes this different from a seasonal crew
One vendor for the whole property
Rooflines, trees, entrances and display trees come from the same design and the same crew. You are not coordinating three contractors in November.
We own the materials
You lease the display for the season. Nothing is stored in your maintenance closet, and nothing is your asset to depreciate or replace.
In-season response is in the agreement
A dark section is a service call, not a renegotiation. If a section goes dark in December, that is our problem, not yours.
The crews already exist
This is a new brand from the established team behind Lone Star Irrigation, so the equipment, scheduling and safety training were already in place.

Questions property managers ask
How does commercial Christmas light installation actually work?
We walk the property, design to the building, and give you a written proposal covering scope and cost. Once approved, we schedule an install date, install with our own commercial grade materials, service the display through the season, then remove and store everything in January. You lease the display rather than buying it.
Do we own the lights or lease them?
You lease them for the season. Main Street Christmas Lights owns and maintains the materials, which means we replace what fails, we store everything between seasons, and your property is not left with boxes of lights and a depreciating asset.
How do you attach lights without damaging the building?
We use no-puncture mounting methods: clips designed for the roof and gutter profile, and non-penetrating attachments on masonry and metal. Nothing is stapled, screwed or nailed into the building envelope.
What happens if part of the display goes dark in December?
Call us and we come out. In-season service response is part of every seasonal agreement. Weather damage, power faults and failed sections are ours to fix, and there is no separate charge to reopen the conversation.
When should a commercial property book installation?
September and October. Budgets are approved in early fall, design and material ordering follow, and installations run through November so displays are lit for the first week of December. Installations are booking into November.
Are your crews insured for working at height?
Yes. Crews are safety trained for work at height and the company carries commercial liability insurance. We provide a current certificate of insurance for your property file before work is scheduled.
Do you serve both Dallas and Fort Worth?
Yes, equally. We are anchored in Fort Worth and work across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex plus a 50 mile radius, which covers Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, Grapevine, Southlake and the surrounding suburbs.
