Yes, equally. We are based in Fort Worth and treat Dallas as a core part of the service area rather than an outer edge of it. Our 50 mile service radius covers Dallas, the northern suburbs and the corridor between the two cities.

Can you light a whole campus rather than one building?
Yes, and that is the work we prefer. Designing the buildings, the landscape trees, the entrance and any display trees together is what makes a large site read as one property after dark instead of a set of separately lit pieces.
Do you handle multi-tenant retail where the property stays open?
Yes. Most of the retail we light never closes. We schedule around trading hours, work in sections rather than closing large areas, and keep walkways and parking rows open through installation.
When should a Dallas property start the conversation?
September and October, when commercial budgets are approved. Design and material ordering follow, and installations run through November so the property is lit for the first week of December.
