This Privacy Policy explains how Verbinden LLC, DBA Main Street Christmas Lights (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, request a quote, or become a customer. It applies to our Commercial/Seasonal Lease-Install and Permanent Lighting services alike. This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service — the Terms govern the service relationship itself; this policy governs your data.

When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us through our website, phone, or forms, we may collect:

• Name, mailing/service address, phone number, and email address.
• Details about your property and the service you’re requesting (e.g., photos of your roofline, display preferences, HOA requirements).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Who We Share Information With

We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to perform services on our behalf:

• CRM & communications: GoHighLevel (customer relationship management, scheduling communications, SMS/email marketing).
• Scheduling & invoicing: Housecall Pro (estimates, scheduling, and invoicing).
• Payment processing: our payment processor(s) used to collect deposits and payments (processor handles and stores card data under its own security standards — we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Website analytics & advertising: Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, as described in Sections 1.2 and 2.3.
• Legal/safety: when required to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: if Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email Marketing

If you provide your email address, we may send you appointment confirmations, service updates, and (if you’ve opted in or otherwise consistent with applicable law) promotional emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 10.

Cookies & Your Choices

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand site usage and deliver relevant ads on other platforms.

• Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
• Google Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta ad preferences. You can manage or opt out of Meta’s ad personalization through your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, or generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool.
• Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and rely on reputable third-party providers (Section 3) for payment processing, CRM, and scheduling, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed at adults seeking commercial lighting services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us using Section 10 and we will delete it.

Your Choices & Requests

You may contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Opt out of marketing emails or texts (see Sections 4–5); or
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to our legitimate business, legal, and recordkeeping needs (e.g., we may need to retain payment and warranty records).
