Commercial Christmas lights
Rooflines, entrances, columns and canopies lit to the architecture, then serviced, removed and stored.
Main Street Christmas Lights provides commercial Christmas lighting for properties across Dallas–Fort Worth: light installation, engineered display trees, tree wrapping and year round permanent lighting. Every service is designed, installed, serviced through the season, removed and stored by one team.

Four service lines
Most properties buy two of these together. Every one of them is turnkey: designed, installed, serviced through the season and taken back down.

Rooflines, entrances, columns and canopies lit to the architecture, then serviced, removed and stored.

Engineered display trees from 12 to 60 feet for lobbies, plazas and public squares. Supplied, lit and stored.

Trunk and canopy wrapping for plaza trees, entrance drives and campus quads, done without damaging the tree.

Track mounted architectural lighting: invisible at noon, programmable every night of the year.
How they fit together
Roofline and entrance lighting gives the property its outline after dark. It is the base layer almost every scheme starts from.
A display tree is the thing people photograph and the reason they bring someone back to see it.
Wrapping carries the light away from the building and into the site, which is what makes a whole property read as designed.
Installed once and used year round, so the building has a lit identity in March as well as December.
Pairs well with
Most commercial properties combine two or three of these. Designing them together keeps the whole site reading as one plan.
Most properties do. Roofline lighting and tree wrapping together is the most common pairing, often with a display tree at the entrance or in the lobby. Designing them together at the same walkthrough is what keeps the property reading as one scheme rather than three separate purchases.
Seasonal work is leased: we own the materials, install them, service them and take them back in January. Permanent lighting is the exception, because that system is installed on the building and belongs to the property.
No. Main Street Christmas Lights is a commercial and municipal lighting company. Our crews, materials and scheduling are built around retail centers, hotels, campuses, clubs and downtown districts.

We visit the property, look at the elevations and the landscape, and talk through what the season needs to accomplish. It takes about an hour, there is no charge, and you get a written design and quote afterwards.
We walk the property, talk through which layers make sense, and come back with a design and a number.
