Commercial pole banners in Dallas–Fort Worth

We supply, imprint, install, remove and store commercial light pole banners for shopping centers, business districts, HOA communities and municipalities across Dallas–Fort Worth. Banners run all year on the same hardware — spring, summer, patriotic, fall, holiday and winter — and are quoted per property by pole count and size.

Who they are for

Four kinds of property, one programme

  • Shopping centers and mixed use — banners along the parking rows and the main drive, changed with the season
  • Business districts and downtowns — one design repeated along a route, which is what makes a district read as a district
  • HOA communities — entrances, amenity drives and the streets residents use every day
  • Municipalities and public spaces — civic streetscapes, parks and event corridors, on the public works schedule

Collections

Seven rotations on the same hardware

Banners are what change; the brackets stay on the pole. A property that installs hardware once can run a different look every quarter for the cost of the banners alone.

Sizing

Two standard sizes, and anything else made to fit

Quality

Why the cheap ones cost more

A discount banner is not a smaller version of a commercial one. It is a different product with a different working life, and the difference shows on the pole by the second season.

  • Heavy duty 18 ounce vinyl or solution dyed marine acrylic, not lightweight print stock
  • UV protected inks and coatings, so colour holds instead of going chalky by the second season
  • Double stitched hems, rust proof grommets and reinforced pockets
  • Five to twelve year working life, against one to two for discount banners

Hardware

BannerFlex brackets, rated to 120 mph

Full service

We handle all of it

  • Design — stock collections or custom artwork, with your logo in the imprint area
  • Install — mounted by our crews, on your schedule, without closing the property
  • Take down — removed on an agreed date rather than left up until someone complains
  • Storage — inventoried in our warehouse between rotations

The rest of the property

Most commercial properties combine two or three of these. Designing them together keeps the whole site reading as one plan.

Questions about pole banners

What size banners do our poles take?

The two common sizes are 30 by 94 inches for the taller parking lot and roadway poles found at most shopping centers, typically 20 feet and up, and 18 by 36 inches for decorative lamp posts along walkways, plazas and streetscapes, typically 12 to 16 feet. If your poles need something else, banners are manufactured to fit the poles and hardware you already have.

Can we put our own logo or property name on them?

Yes. Every design has an imprint area for a property logo, name or message, and the imprint size varies by banner. That is how a stock seasonal design still reads as your center rather than as generic decoration.

How long do commercial banners last?

Commercial grade banners are built to last five to twelve years with seasonal rotation, printed on heavy duty 18 ounce vinyl or solution dyed marine acrylic with UV protected inks, double stitched hems and reinforced pockets. Discount print banners usually need replacing after one or two seasons, which is why they cost more over time rather than less.

Do we need new hardware?

Only if your poles do not already carry brackets. We use BannerFlex hardware: the D3 set for large format banners from 30 by 60 to 30 by 94 inches, and the Metro set for 18 by 36 or 18 by 45. Both are corrosion resistant aluminum with fiberglass arms, tested to 120 mph, made in the USA and backed by a ten year warranty.

Is this only for Christmas?

No, and it is the reason most properties start. There are spring, summer, patriotic, fall, holiday, winter and year round collections, so the same hardware carries a different look through the year. A rotation programme is what keeps a property from looking the same in July as it did in December.

Do you install them or do we?

We do, and we take them down and store them. Consultation, design, installation, removal and off season storage are one programme. Storing banners and hardware on site is how programmes lose pieces between seasons.

What does a banner programme cost?

It is quoted per property, because pole count, banner size, hardware needs and how many rotations you want move the number more than any per unit price would suggest. Tell us roughly how many poles and we can give you a realistic range on the call.
